Good Morning everyone! I guess you could tell by the topic today, what PhytoFairy is going to talk about is related to mushrooms! Mushrooms, are also known as the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus. As it does not contain chlorophyll, it cannot produce nutrients on its own, so it must rely on the trees or rotten woods to sustain its life.

There is a saying that goes “Mushroom is an essential when it comes to maintaining a healthy body.” We can see that mushrooms are able to provide us with abundance of nutrients. Edible mushrooms are tasty to eat and it can be frequently seen as one of the popular side dishes in our daily meals. Because of this, vegetarians also use it to enhance the taste while preparing foods.

Mushrooms that are commonly known include shiitake, king oyster mushroom, button mushroom, bearded tooth fungus, black fungus mushroom, straw mushroom, enoki mushroom, tremella snow fungus, beech mushroom and other species. Mushrooms are mostly rich in vitamins; it is specially low in sodium and high in potassium. The potassium ion in our blood serum helps to regulate the contraction of our muscles, especially cardiac muscle. Whenever potassium ion starts draining, cramps may happen easily. Now, let’s see what kind of nutrients mushrooms can bring to us!

Shiitake: rich in dietary fiber, may help to promote gastrointestinal motility

King oyster mushroom: rich in potassium, may help to discharge the sodium in body and maintain healthy blood pressure

Enoki mushroom: rich in lysine (one of the essential amino acids), which is also the fundamental building block of protein

Oyster or abalone mushroom: rich in vitamin B and zinc, may help to activate our immune cells

Lingzhi: Besides polysaccharide, it also comes with various amino acids. Lingzhi has long been recognized as having the function of helping in maintaining the strength of immunity

Lingzhi spores: the pollen released by Lingzhi mushroom, which may help in blood health and metabolism. With two layers of outer shell as protection, we need to crack the spores in order to unleash the effect of Lingzhi spores as to acquire the nutrients of the spores

PhytoShrooms Spora Lingzhi uses broken cell technology with 99% of high success rate to extract the essence from Lingzhi spores, so we may have a boost on our vitality!

However, it is important to keep in mind that PhytoFairy does not encourage you to choose only one type of mushroom for consumption; we need a variety of nutrients from different types of mushrooms for better health!
